Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate,
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually who are you not to be?
You are a child of god. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We are all born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

As we let our own light shine, we give others the permission to do the same; as we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

From ‘A return to love” by Marianne Williamson
Quoted in Nelson Mandela’s 1994 Inaugural Address
Passed on by Master Nheek.

*Every one and everything around us acts as a mirror reflection of how we see ourselves. How we feel about others is essentially how we actually feel about ourself. On some level everything we have experienced has been created by our own thoughts and feelings. In each and every moment we are creating our own reality. By choosing and affirming loving thoughts we can begin to shift our negative and self limiting beliefs into a higher state of awareness and love.

*Truth is learning that trusting and believing in yourself will gently guide you to the realisation that you have the power to make miracles. All you need is the courage to journey deep inside the magic of who you are to find a love for yourself that is based on non judgement, and acceptance of yourself as sacred, worthy, and intrinsically connected to every living thing in the universe.

*Once you can look deep into your own eyes in full Aloha ( unconditional love) can you then begin to attract everything your heart desires and in turn learn to appreciate others for their true essence of spirit and love.
